What types of Headsets will work with the app?
- Any Bluetooth headset that has a mic built in.
- Any Wireless headset that has a USB dongle & built in mic.

- A Call Queue places callers on hold and distributes calls to a group of users.
Why does my phone and computer ring at the same time?
- Teams rings all signed-in devices by default.
Can I answer a call on my computer if my desk phone is ringing?
- Yes, if you answer on one device it stops the ringing on the others.
What happens if I miss a call?
- Missed calls show up in your Teams call history and may go to voicemail.
Do I need to log into my Teams Phone every day?
- No, the desk phone stays signed in unless logged out or restarted.
What happens if my desk phone loses power or network?
- Calls will still come to the teams app if you're signed in.
Does my desk phone work during a computer outage?
- It does as long as the phone has power and a network connection.
What information should I provide when reporting a call issue?
- The time of call, device used, and who you were calling.
Can I make calls if Teams is down?
- You cannot make calls if Teams is down.
