Viewing Ticket Time

To view time entries associated with a ticket:

  1. In Work Management, click View Applications and select the desired Ticketing application.
  2. Click the desired search in the left sidebar.
  3. Use the Filter or ID/Search field to locate the ticket if needed.
  4. Click a ticket ID or title to open the ticket details.
  5. Click the T&E tab.
  6. Use the Filter above the Time section to narrow down visible entries.
