User Work Report

The User Work Report is a standard report that shows feed activity, items currently being worked, items that have been assigned to the user, and all items the user has accomplished (recently completed).

• This reports functions like a read-only view of the My Work application.
  • It displays the same data for users that they see in My Work.
    • Working On equates to My Work
    • Assignments equates to My Assignments
    • Accomplishments equates to My Accomplishments.
• Currently, the report cannot be exported to Excel.

Viewing the User Work Report

To view this report:

1. In the Work Management Toolbar, click View Applications.
2. Click the Analysis application tile.
3. Under the Standard Reports section of the navigation menu, click User Work Report.
4. In the User field, start  typing to search for and select a user to report on.
5. Click Run Report.
