How to Join a Call Queue on the Teams App

  • Navigate to the "View More Apps" icon in Teams.

Click on the view more apps icon located on the left portion of the screen.
 

  • In the Search type "Queues", to add it as a PIN right click the icon and select "PIN".

In the Search bar type "Queues", you can pin the tab by right clicking it and selecting "PIN".
 

  • It will open a menu with call information call history for the queue.

The call overview goes over waiting, answered, time among other statistics.
 

  • You can opt in/out by hovering over your opt-in/opt-out button.

Click the "Opt-in" or "Opt-out" button for the call queue. Located next to your name.



*Note: If you enable the queue on the phone it will automatically enroll you on other devices(Teams Phone, Cell Phone) that are signed into Teams
