Resolution:  

 

To select a microphone in Teams:

 

1. Click the ... button in the top right corner of the screen

 

 

2. Click Settings.

 

 

3. Click Devices.

 

 

4. At the top of the screen, there will be various settings relating to audio devices.

 

 

5. There will be a drop down menu containing the name of the currently selected microphone. Click that menu to see a list of available microphones.

 

 

 

 

To turn microphone on/off during a meeting in Teams:

 

1. Move your mouse so it is in the meeting window. A toolbar will appear at the bottom of the screen.

 

2. Click the microphone icon to toggle the microphone on/off. If there is a line through the icon, the microphone is off. If there is no line through the icon, the microphone is on.
