Resolution:  

1. Make sure you are an administrator user on your computer, and go to our Respondus Lockdown Browser download page. 

2. Download the LockDown Browser installer package by clicking the "DOWNLOAD" button on the screen. If you are using a Mac, make sure you choose "Do you need the Mac version?" as it will then cycle to choose the correct installer for your computer. 

3. Locate the installer package in your "Downloads" folder and double-click to begin installing. 

4. Accept all the default prompts to complete the install of Respondus LockDown Browser.

5. A shortcut icon will be created on your desktop, called "LockDown Browser" (A blue diamond with a gold padlock). You can now use Respondus Lockdown Browser.
