Resolution:  

1. Navigate to www.canton.edu in a web browser of your choice, or click HERE

2. Go to "Quick Links" at the top right, select "Email" and log in (if you are not automatically signed in)

3. In the upper right hand corner of your screen, you will either see your initials, or a photo of yourself (if you have uploaded one) click on that, and then select "View account" as seen in the screenshot below: 

4. Now, look for the "Password" section and choose "CHANGE PASSWORD" as seen in the screenshot below: 

5. You will be greeted with the following window: 

Please enter your current (old) password on the first line, and then create a new password making sure to meet these minimum requirements: 

Minimum 9 characters in length

• One upper case letter
• One lower case letter
• One special character or number
• Cannot include your username or NetID
• Cannot be a previously used password

6. Click "Submit".
