Resolution:
1. When on the password portion of the sign-in screen, select the "Forget Password" option under the text box.
2. You will need to verify with a CAPTCHA, inputting the same characters that are in the CAPTCHA image.
(The CAPTCHA below is just an example. Yours will be different)
Options to change the CAPTCHA or hear it are listed to the right.
3. Press Next and then select the option "I forgot my password".
4. Two options will be listed. The methods below will outline the proper steps to take for each.
Method 1 - I forgot my password
1. The Option that states "Approve a Notification on my Authenticator app".
2. A notification will be sent to your phone. follow the steps on your phone.
Method 2
1. The other method is under the option that states "Enter a code from my Authenticator App".
2. This option will require going to your Authentication App and putting the six digit code associated with the account.
3. Next, a new password will need to be inputted into each of the Boxes on the "Choose a New Password" screen.
4. After you choose a new password press the Blue "Finish" Button
5. Finally, you will see a confirmation screen that states that your password has been reset.
