Resolution: 

1)  Navigate to the SUNY Canton Email sign in page, found HERE 

2)  Sign in using your full SUNY Canton email address and password.

(If you do not know your SUNY Canton email address, you can follow the steps located HERE)
 

3)  Once you are signed into your email account, you will be greeted with your inbox. Here you will find all of your email that has been sent to your SUNY Canton email account.
 

4)  Much like other email programs, you can create new mail, delete, organize, reply and other email related tasks all from this window.
