Resolution: 

 

To access the content in the CyberSecurity training, follow the steps below

 

1. Sign on using SUNY Canton Credentials
 

2. Click on 'Go To Training' on the right in blue

3. Locate the "2024 KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training - 30 Minutes" course and click the blue start button

4. New window will open where the training will begin
 

5. Acknowledge that the training will utilize trademarks for illustrative purposes by pressing the orange Close button

 

6. You can view your current progress by clicking on the menu stack in the top left corner

7. You can advance the training by clicking the arrow in the bottom right corner

8. Advance through the slideshow by reading/watching the content and pressing next

9. There may be times when you need to review multiple options. You will need to click on each option and then make your selection clicking the radio button underneath.

10. You may need to select multiple items in a field to read additional information. You will need to read all fields before you can press next.
 

11. You may be brought to fields in which you need to answer questions. Some may ask for any and all that apply or ones that do not belong.

12. At the completion of the training, you will be brought to a quiz. You will need to get 8 out of 10 to pass the quiz.


13.Follow successful completion of the quiz, click "Complete Training"
