Resolution: To make sure your softphone works when working remotely, follow the steps below:
1. Log into the softphone by clicking HERE. You will want to use your SUNY Canton NetID (everything before the @canton.edu) and your current password
2. Once logged in, in the top right corner, click on your profile picture. Note, your profile picture may just be your initials.
3. Once the prompt appears, change your availability status and your softphone status.

4. When you are returning to the office, you will want to change your availability status back to 'In the office' and disable the softphone.

Failure to change your status to the correct settings may cause issues when attempting to use the softphone.
