How to Sync OneDrive Files with Your Computer

  • Search for "OneDrive" in the start menu, and click the first option.

  • Sign in with your full SUNY Canton email address and password.
  • Click the blue OneDrive cloud icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. If it is not there you may need to click the arrow next to it and then select it.

  • From here you will see the status of your OneDrive backup. If you are signing in for the first time it may take a few minutes for all of your files to sync, but once it is complete you should see "Your files are synced" as you see below.
