Resolution: To Setup Automatic Replies in Outlook, Follow the steps below.
Navigate to the Settings (Gear) Icon at the top right side of the screen:
Navigate to to Automatic Replies under Accounts:
Turn on Automatic Replies, Check Box the "Send replies only during a time period" and select the time frame.:
Write the reply and save before exiting:
