To access Google Translate, navigate to translate.google.com.
From here, set the translate to and from languages to your desired languages, and click the "Documents" option.
Press the "Browse your files" button, select the file you want to translate (or drag and drop it) and click translate. Once it finishes, you can either download the translated file as a new document or view it in the browser.
Google Translate has a file size limit of 300 pages or 10MB. For additional details on Google Translate please go to their help page.
