How to connect a wired headset to your Teams Phone:
1. Plug your headset into the Right most USB port on the back of your Teams phone.
2. A notification will show up on the screen indicating that it is connected.
3. If it does not automatically select your headset try this:
3a. Tap on the "More" option when on a call.
3b. Tap "Switch audio route".
3c. Select the name of your headset.
How to connect a bluetooth headset/device to you Teams Phone:
1. Click on the "Menu" button on your phone, please reference our layout article if you are unsure of the menu button.
2. Tap on the "Bluetooth" option in settings, then tap "Pair new device".
3. Ensure your device is in pairing mode and it will show up in the "Available devices".
