How do I locate my Banner ID, NET ID and default password formula?

This article demonstrates how a user can find their Banner ID and default login information.

• Navigate to UCanWeb by clicking HERE.

• Select "Student Services (PIN Login)". 

 

• Enter your Student ID number for your Username, and your PIN for your password.
  • If you do not have your student ID number, you can use your social security number.
  • If you do not know your PIN, please reach out to the SUNY Canton Help Desk or click "Forgot Password" under the password field

 

• For your first time logging in, you will need to set a security question and answer. 
• You should now be on the student services page. From here select the bottom option "Personal Identification Information" and you will find the default password format for your email address.

 

• If you need to find your SUNY Canton email address or student ID number, you can locate these in the first option, "Student Profile".
