Resolution:  

1. To take a screen in Windows, tap the Windows Key, the Shift Key, and the S key at the same time.

2. This will darken your entire screen and you will have a selector tool that will allow you to click and drag over the screen shot area you wish to take.
    
3. Once you've clicked and dragged over the area, a box will appear in the lower right corner of your screen. Click on the box.

4. In the top right corner, hit the save icon and save it as you see fit.
