How do I pin a contact in Microsoft Teams?

Resolution:  

 

  • To pin a contact, select "..." for more options, then select "Move to" -> "Favorites".

Click on the 'more options' button next to the chat box

 

Move to favorites option

 

  • This will result in the favorite contact being listed at the top of your chat log.

Favorites listed above chats.

 

  • To unpin a contact, select "..." for more options, then select "Remove from section".

Remove from section option.
