Resolution:  

1) Navigate to the WorkFlow login page, located HERE

2) Log in with your NetID (first part of your SUNY Canton Email address without adding @canton.edu) and your Password. 

(The default password for WorkFlow is your birth date in MMDDYY format, so if your birthday was January 31st, 2022 your password would be 013122) 

3) After logging in, press the 'hamburger' style button in the top left corner, and select "User Profile" and then "Change Password" 

4) Now you will be presented with the option to enter your current password to create a new one and update your WorkFlow account.
