This article is a step by step guide on how to install and register for Autodesk products

To register for and install Autodesk products on your personal machine, follow the steps below:

 

1. On the Education Community web page, click the Sign In tab at the top of the screen. On the next screen, click Create Account.
    
2. On the Create Account form, enter your personal information using your SUNY Canton email.
    
3. Select the applicable Terms & Conditions check boxes, and click Next. You'll receive a confirmation message and an email containing a link.
   1. Note: If you haven't received the email within a few hours, check your spam folder. 
      1. You can find your spam folder here: barracuda.canton.edu
          
4. In the email, click the link to activate your account. An activation message appears.
    
5. When the Education Community download page is redisplayed, sign in. After you sign in, will have a list of Autodesk products in which you will be able to install following verification of your identity and school status.
    
6.  Click on the product you wish to download and click on 'Get Started'
    
7.  You will then be brought to a page to provide information about your enrollment status
    
8.  Once you've entered the requested information, press confirm
    
9.  A box should pop up similar to below:

10. Once you are confirmed, click on 'Get product' of the product you wish to install
     
11. You will then be prompted to select what version of the software you want to install
     
12. Simply press Install to install the program onto your computer.
