Body
1) Navigate and log into both Mitel MiCollab & Ignite Software via the following URL's:
https://micollab.canton.edu/ucs/micollab/
https://mitel-acd.canton.edu/ignite
2) Starting with MiCollab, in the top right corner of your screen, select the 'orb' with your initials inside and then choose "Working from home" in the available drop-down menu.
3) Now, on in the bottom right corner of your screen, choose the "SoftPhone" button with your extension showing, and make sure the button is switched to the on position and lit in BLUE (this means it is active).
4) In Ignite, also starting in the top right corner of your screen, select the 'orb' with your initials inside, first make sure you are marked as "Available".
5) Once that is complete, choose the "Agent Groups" tab, an make sure the "Phone" icon is lit in BLUE (this means it is active), then press "Update"
6) You should now be available, and in the correct ACD queue for your department!
