How to report a suspicious email in Outlook(new) and the browser version of Outlook:
If you suspect an email of being fraudulent in any way, simply right click it, hover your mouse over "Report", and then click "Report Phishing". This will block the sender and forward the email to the security team for review.

How to report a suspicious email in the Outlook (classic application version):
If you suspect an email for being fraudulent in Outlook, with the message open click "Report Message" in the top right hand corner of the screen, then from the drop down menu select either "Junk" or "Phishing" depending on the nature of the message.

How to report a suspicious email from an iOS device:
- In the Outlook App on your iOS device, open the suspicious email, and select the three horizontal dots in the top right or in the bar that pops up.

- From here, select "Report Phishing" or "Report Junk", depending on the contents of the email.

- From here, there will be one last notification to confirm that you intend to report the email.

How to report a suspicious email from an Android device:
- In the Outlook App on your Android device, press and hold on the suspicious email to select it.

- With the email selected, press the three dots in the top right corner, and select "Report Phishing" from the options.

- From here, the final step is to press "Report" and the email will be reported.
