Resolution: 

To setup your SUNY Canton ID Card to work with the Pharos Secure Release, follow the steps below:

1. In your preferred browser go to printing.canton.edu. Which will bring you to the page below.

2. Click "Sign in to continue" and sign in using your full SUNY Canton email address and password.

3. Once you're signed in click the 3 orange lines near the top right hand corner of the screen.

4. You will now see a page that says "Manage Passcode", hit the button that says "*** Reset Passcode"

5. Hit "OK" in the dialogue box that pops up asking for confirmation.

6. You will now see your Pharos passcode, which you will need to register your ID with Pharos.

7. Now simply swipe your ID card at a Pharos printer, and enter the passcode. After registering your card you will no longer need to enter the passcode every time.

8. A new window will appear that is showing how many documents you have waiting to print

9. When you are done, press "Sign Out" in the upper right corner

You can now use your SUNY Canton ID card to log into any Pharos printer throughout campus.
