How to remove the Conversation stacking feature in Classic Outlook

Resolution: To set up your email so conversations do not stack, follow steps below:

 

  • Navigate to the top left side of the screen and Left-Click the View Icon:

  • Navigate to "Show as Conversations" and insure that the box is un-checked:

  • Left-Click the "All Mailboxes" option:
