Resolution:  To reset your NetID password, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to "www.office.com" in your preferred web browser, or click HERE.
• Click the "Sign in" button, and sign in using your full SUNY Canton email address (with @canton.edu) and password.
• In the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, click your initials/profile picture, and then click "View account" from the menu.

• Click "CHANGE PASSWORD" under the Password section.

• Now, enter your new password twice and click submit.
• The password must meet the following criteria:
  • Be at least 9 characters long 
  • Contain at least one uppercase and lowercase letter
  • Contain at least one special character (!@#$%^&), and at least one number
  • Cannot include your name or other personal information
  • Cannot be a previously used password.
