Resolution:

 

  • Locate the people icon on the left side of the screen:

  • Locate the Contact list under "New Contact" > "New Contact List":

  • Name the contact list and add existing contacts you would it to send to, then click Create:

  • In the email type the name of the Contact group and it should appear:
