How to Setup Automatic Replies in Outlook (Classic)

Resolution: To Setup Automatic Replies in Outlook, Follow the steps below.
 

1) Navigate to the "File Tab" located in the top left side of the screen

2) In the File menu there will be an Icon called "Automatic Replies" Go ahead and click that

In the File menu there will be an Icon called "Automatic Replies" Go ahead and click that

3) Click "Send automatic replies" and set the time when you would like them to occur, input the response you would like it to give

Click "Send automatic replies" and set the time for them to occur, input your response
 

4) Now anytime that you get an email inside your selected time range it will send the reply you set
