Resolution:  To create a Teams code to send to another user, follow the steps below:

• Open Teams
   

• Select the teams option located on the left side of the screen.
  
  
   
• Select the team that you are the owner/co-owner and would like to generate the code for.
   
• Then go to the left side of the screen and click "..." next to your team name.
   
• Click "Manage Team" and Select "Settings" located at the top of the screen.
   
• Go down to the "Team code" drop down and click "Generate". Take note of the code as this is what the other person will use when joining the team. 
  
  

• On the other person's device have them open Teams, Navigate to the Teams Tab
  
  

• Have that person go to the top right side of teams and click on "Join or create team" and "Join team" 
  
  

• Have them type in the Code and click "Add team"
  
  

• After that it will pull up the team that you invited them to.
