To place a call on hold from your Teams phone, simply press "Hold" and the call will be placed on hold, press it again to resume the call.
To transfer the call press transfer, and select either "Transfer now" or "Consult first".
- Transfer now will prompt you to select who to transfer to, and then immediately transfer it.
- Consult first allows you to select a person, speak with them first, and then to transfer the call.
Pressing the transfer button once will also transfer the call, or pressing and holding the transfer button will allow for consulting first.
