Teams App - How to use Hold and Transfer

During a voice or video call on Teams, you can place the call on hold by pressing hold at the top of the call.

To transfer a call, press transfer.

Then select "Transfer" to directly transfer the call, or "Consult then transfer" to call the intended recipient of the call prior to transferring.

Once you've selected either of these options, type the name or number of the person you want to direct the call to, and click start a call or open a chat.
