Editing a Scheduled Ticket

You can edit any scheduled ticket you own:

  1. In Work Management, click View Applications, then select your Ticketing application tile
  2. In the Application Toolbar, click the gear icon.
  3. Select My Schedules
  4. Click the Name of the schedule to modify
  5. Click Edit
  6. Modify the desired fields
  7. Click Save
