How to Locate a File Using Finder

This article goes through searching for a document inside of Finder.

Click on the Finder icon in the taskbar or press "Command (cmd) + Space Bar" keys simultaneously on your keyboard and search for "Finder".

Press the command + Space bar keys on your keyboard and type "Finder"

Open Finder and navigate to the Search bar.

Open Finder and locate the Search bar.

Use the Finder Search bar and type out your documents name in quotes, example "Test Page".

Use the Finder Search bar and type the documents name.

Documents that contain the exact working in the quotes will show up. Leave out the quotes if you want to broaden the search results.
