How to Join a Call Queue on a Teams Phone

Short demonstration for joining a call queue on a teams phone.

  • In the bottom right corner of your Teams Phone tap "More", then "Queues", enable the toggle for the queue you would like to be a part of.

    Tap More, then Queues, then enable the toggle for your desired queue(s).



    *Note: If you enable the queue on the phone it will automatically enroll you on other devices(Computer, Cell Phone) that are signed into Teams
