What is it?
If you find yourself having trouble with a campus system, or want to report a possible security issue, you can use this service and the accompanying "Request Service" form located in the upper right column.
Who is eligible to use it?
Any SUNY Canton user who identifies a possible problem or issue can use this service to report it to our Systems Team.
Where can I get it?
In the top right corner of this page, you can begin creating a ticket by clicking on "Request Service"
How do I use it?
You create a ticket using the appropriate form above, and it will be automatically assigned to the appropriate team, and work will begin.
