Roles and Responsibilities

​​​​​​User Responsibilities: 

  • User is responsible for providing details related to the request including contact information and a full description of the outage.  End-user location, including whether the incident occurs on or off campus, is often vital for efficient resolution.

Information Services Responsibilities:

  • Reported outages will be treated with high priority status.
  • Information Services will communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
