Standard Features
The Information Services Team can assist or provide guidance on all campus technology, including:
- Campus network and telephones
- Learning space classrooms and labs
- Multipurpose and conference rooms
- State-issued computers, laptops, tablets, and cellphones
- Standard software
* The Information Services Team responsibility for academic software outside of our standard configuration for end-users is limited to program licensing, launching, updating, and any included menus or modules are accessible.

Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities:
- User is responsible for providing details related to the reported issue including location of occurrence.
Information Services Responsibilities:
- Information Services will communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
