Resolution:  

1.  Navigate to UCanWeb using the following URL: http://banweb.canton.edu.

2.  Select 'Login for Alumni, Readmit or Inactive Students and Former Employees (The last choice on the bottom). 

3.  Enter your Banner (Student) ID Number (This is a 9-digit number that begins with '80' that you would have received from Admissions.  If you do not know this number, you can use your Social Security Number).

4.  Enter your PIN number. If this is your first time logging in, you will use your 6-digit birthday in MMDDYY format.  Once you log in for the first time, it immediately prompts you to reset your PIN. 

5.  After signing in, select the tab on the top of your screen that says "Personal Information" and then select the "Personal Identification Information" option.  This page should now display your NetID (username) and scrolling towards the absolute bottom of the page will show you how to compile your Default Password.
