How do I locate my Banner ID, NET ID and default password formula?

 

Resolution:  

 

1.  Navigate to UCanWeb using the following URL: https://www.canton.edu/ucanweb

 

2.  Select 'Student Services (PIN Login)'.

3.  Enter your Banner (Student) ID Number (This is a 9-digit number that begins with '80' that you would have received from Admissions.  If you do not know this number, you can use your Social Security Number).
Sign-in with your Student ID and UCanWeb PIN

 

4.  Enter your PIN number. If this is your first time logging in, you will use your 6-digit birthday in MMDDYY format.  Once you log in for the first time, it immediately prompts you to reset your PIN. 

 

5.  After signing in, Select the menu option at the bottom of the screen labeled "Personal Identification Information". You will then be shown your default NetID password format as well as information on how to access the Banner ID and NetID.
