How do I pin a contact in Microsoft Teams?

 

Resolution:  

 

1)  To pin a contact, select More options > Pin. The chat appears in the Pinned list.

Click on the 'more options' button next to the chat box

 

 

2)  To unpin a contact, select More options > Unpin.

Select 'Pin' from the window that pops up
