How do I use the scanners located on the second floor of the Southworth Library?

 

 

Resolution:  

 

*The scanners are located on the second level of the Southworth Library to the left as you walk up the stairs.***
 

  1. Sign in to a machine that has a scanner next to it

     
  2. Make sure the scanner is on by pressing the power button the front of the scanner

     
  3. Click on the HP scanning software on the desktop

     
  4. Choose the option you want to scan and click scan

     
  5. If you need to add pages to the scan click the "Add scan" option in the upper right of the program. If not then click finish

     
  6. The image scans will be saved to your "My Documents/My Pictures/My Scans folder

     
  7. PDF scans will be saved to "My Documents/My Scans" folder

     
  8. The appropriate folder will automatically open with your scans
