How to recall an email in Classic Outlook



Open the Classic Outlook Application: 

 

  • Left-Click on the "Sent Items" Icon:

  • Double-Click the email you would like to Recall:

Select Email to Recall
 

  • Left-Click the file tab located in the top left side of screen:

Select File tab in the message
 

  • Left-Click "Resend or Recall" located towards the bottom of the page:

Click Resend or Recall
 

  • Press "OK" and the email will be recalled:

Select "OK" for Recall message
