How to remove the Conversation Stacking Feature in Web/New Outlook

Resolution: To set up your email so conversations do not stack, follow steps below:

 

  • Navigate to the View Tab, Located at the top below the Search Bar:

  • Left-Click "Conversations" and make sure "Show each message separately" is selected:

Conversations will show each message separately
