How to remove the Conversation Stacking Feature in Web/New Outlook

Resolution: To set up your email so conversations do not stack, follow steps below:

• Navigate to the "View Tab" Located at the top below the Search Bar

• Left-Click "Conversations" and make sure "Show each message separately" is selected
