Resolution: To add a new member to a team, follow the steps below
1. Open the Team in which you wish to add a new member
2. On the left side of the screen, you will see the name of the Team and then the 'More Options' 3 dots along the right side that look like ...

3. Once the ellipses are clicked on, the More Options menu will appear

4. Click on 'Add Member'

5. Once Add Member is selected, you will be able to type in the name of the user or the username that you want to add to the team

6. Once you select the name of the new member, you will be able to change their role as a member or owner

7. Press the Add button to add the member to the team
8. The new member will appear under the member list within Manage Team
