How to Setup Automatic Replies in Outlook (Classic)

 

 

Resolution: To Setup Automatic Replies in Outlook, Follow the steps below.
 

  • Navigate to the File Tab located in the top left side of the screen:

  • In the File menu there will be an Icon called "Automatic Replies", Go ahead and click that:

The Automatic Reply Location

  • Enable Automatic Replies, set the time when you would like them to occur, and input the response you would like it to give:

The Reply Preference Location
 

  • Now anytime that you get an email inside your selected time range it will send the reply you set.
