How do I set up or reset my Pharos Secure Release PIN?

How to setup or reset your unique PIN using the printing website:

1. In your preferred browser, go to printing.canton.edu. Which will load into a page with a prompt to sign in.

Type in printing.canton.edu into the browser to go to the website.


 

2. Click "Sign in to continue" and us the full SUNY Canton email address and associated password.

Sign in with your SUNY Canton email and password.

 

3. Once you're signed in click the 3 orange lines near the top right hand corner of the screen.

Click the 3 orange lines in the upper right side of the website.

 

4. You will now see an option that says "Passcode", once selected, choose the button that states "Generate"

Click the generate button.

 

5. Select "Generate" in the dialogue box that pops up asking for confirmation.

Click "Regenerate" in the pop up for the confirmation.

 

6. This will now show the user the Pharos Secure Release Passcode. This code will be used to sign into each printer on campus.

Take note of the passcode on the screen.

 

7. To test your code, please go to any printer on campus and enter the passcode that has been generated.
