What is Pharos Secure Print?

Pharos Secure Print is a print‑management system that prevents documents from printing until the user is physically at the printer and authenticates.

Instead of jobs printing immediately (and sitting unattended), print jobs are:

  • Held securely in the Pharos cloud
  • Released only after the user proves who they are at the device using their unique PIN

The goal is security, privacy, and accountability.
