What do I do if I cannot scan the QR Code during MFA enrollment?

Resolution:

 

***Following steps 1-12 on KB Article 132522, "How do I secure my account with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

 

1.  Click "Can't scan image?"

 

2.  Make note of the code and URL

 

3.  On the Authenticator app, click "enter code manually"

 

4.  Enter the code and URL

 

5.  Then click "Finish"
