Navigate to https://www.office.com/

 

In the upper right corner of the screen click your profile picture
Your profile picture
 

Click "View Account"

 

Look for the tile that says "Security Info" and click "UPDATE INFO"The security info tile
 

Locate the correct device and click "Delete"The delete option for the authenticator
