This article describes how to remove your phone application as an MFA Authentication Method.

 

Resolution:  

1. Navigate to https://www.office.com/
   
    
2. In the upper right corner of the screen click your profile picture
   
    
3. Click "View Account"
   
    
4. Look for the tile that says "Security Info" and click "UPDATE INFO"
    
5. Locate the correct device and click "Delete"
