TeamDynamix Creation & Implementation

What is it?

This service allows users to generate a ticket to the Information Services Help Desk for additional content to be added to the SUNY Canton TeamDynamix (TDX) instance. This could be something created brand new just for yourself or your department, or perhaps editing/tweaking an existing TDX component or feature. Items & components within TDX that can be created/modified/deleted include: 

Client Portal (Service Catalog)
Knowledge Base
TDX Administrative
Asset Management
Task Template
Work Flow
Form
Scheduled Ticket
Shared Desktop
Shared Report
Automation Rule
Ticket Types & Categories
Workspace or Project
Ticket Response Template
TDX User/Contact Group

Who is eligible to use it?

Currently, only members of the Information Services Team can make customized TeamDynamix requests.

You can start by clicking the blue button in the top right of your screen, or by clicking HERE

How do I use it?

After navigating to the linked request form, simply fill it out, and press the submit button to route it directly to the Help Desk for creation & implementation!
