Service Description
The Information Services Help Desk can assist users with setting up their user account with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or with an MFA reset when their device or contact information has changed.
Standard Features
The Information Services Help Desk can assist with:
	- Setting up an end-user-preferred MFA method, including:
	
		- Authenticator App (most advisable)
 
		- Phone call
 
		- Text Message
 
	
	 
	- Remove or change a user MFA method when their device or information has changed

Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities: 
	- The user is responsible for providing details related to the request, including contact information and a full description of what they need assistance with. Any change in contact information must also be reflected in the user's Banner records.
 
Information Services Responsibilities:
	- Information Services will communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
